Welcome to my website!
I am the Hitz Climate Fellow in the Union of Concerned Scientists focusing on climate attribution science. In this role, I primarily use a machine learning approach to improve climate attribution science methods in order to inform loss and damage funding and climate litigation.
Growing up in Syracuse, NY, the snowiest city in the United States, it was no coincidence I fell in love with observing our dynamic atmosphere at a young age. Pursuing that passion, I graduated with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in atmospheric science from Cornell University in 2018 and 2020, respectively, and a Ph.D. in atmospheric science from Colorado State University in 2024. While working at UCS, I was also a lecturer at Cornell University during the Fall of 2024, where I taught the Introduction to Meteorology lecture.
